great
It's fast enough. It's got a Black Sabbath feel to it at this speed, which is never a bad thing.

Hey thanks for your review! Yeah I think the tempo is okay as well. Now that you've said that, I kinda hear a little Sabbath in this as well lol
Much Better
I didn't think the lead sound fit over the original piano part, the acoustic sounds much better. Awesome job. Kinda miss the subtle organ in the second acoustic part though.
Awesome shit
hey, at least everyone knows you can actually play guitar, unlike StudioForce wants for everyone to believe.
Good shit dude, always look forward to new uploads.
Hehe, thanks for the backup dude. Yea, at least I'm honest! I don't much care for playing ability, since I don't play live. I just want to make cool music that people can relate to and/or enjoy! :)
great, but...
It's great, and there are a lot of improvements that I've noticed, but at the same time, I'm personally against the whole "wall of sound" method of production, because it really kills the dynamics. A lot of the punchiness of the mix seems to be gone now because you've compressed the guitars and brought them so far forward, the kick drum seems extremely drowned out, and the snare sidesticks now are hardly distinguishable from a normal snare hit to me. this is all just some constructive criticism, and you can take it however you like, but I think that the original Black Hole Earth Consumption was one of your last great songs in which I didn't have a problem with the mix itself. around when you started posting songs from the album you were planning on doing, I noticed the mixes were very compressed compared to your older stuff, and that took away from the punch that I loved in songs such as Project XeRa6.
Nagging mix issues aside though, the lead sound, and especially the delay effect applied to it, is much more prominent now, and the cleans seem a lot crisper, and it is overall a very solid sounding mix. some of the background synth stuff is much more noticable.
I agree with how you say this is one of your masterpieces, as this is easily one of my favorite of your works, and it has probably helped influence my current attempts at making spacey music. Keep it up, I've been checking everyday in hopes that you post something new, and I'm still waiting for your next big song to come up in your audio submissions.
lol
aww, it wasn't that bad... it was like... trance metal.. or something. haha. Sounded like Sonata Arctica a bit at the beginning.
sexy.
Awesome, too bad it sounds so much like Avenged Sevenfold. Probably why you say the playing is mediocre ;)
Just jokes, kickass shit, though it does need a sexy solo or two methinks.
kickass
right around the middle reminded me of XeRa 6, except all orchestraey. :D
